ISB.A IS INTENDED FOR THE INSPECTION OF VEHICLES AND BULK CONTAINERS WITHOUT ITS OPENING.

ISB'A ALLOWS YOU TO COMPARE THE REAL CONTENT OF THE MONITOR OBJECT WITH THE DECLARED ONE IN THE SHIPPING DOCUMENTS AND EFFECTIVELY IDENTIFY CRITICAL OBJECTS, INCLUDING WEAPONS, EXPLOSIVES, DRUGS, SMUGGLED ALCOHOL AND OTHERS.
ISB'A RELATES TO THE ISC FIRST TYPE WITH A MOVING MONITOR OBJECT (MOTOR TRANSPORT)
ISB'A has compact dimensions and is located in an open area (standard restricted area - 12x40 meters).

As a source of ionizing radiation in the ISB'A, a Russian-made betatron (revisions 7.5 MeV, 9.0 MeV) with energy of less than 10 MeV and possibility of modification of the radiation energy is used. This allows avoiding the costs of erection of the bulky protective structures.
Thanks to the use of our own developments and mainly Russian components, the cost of the ISB'A and expenditures for its maintenance compare favorably with its analogs. The operation costs of the ISB'A are lower than those of other inspection complexes due to the reduced level of energy consumption.

ISB'A is a Russian development, all key technical solutions of which are protected by patents. The most important and most expensive nodes and components are produced in Russia from Russian raw materials.

The processed high-definition images appear on the operator's monitor screen immediately after the vehicle passes through the ISC portal.
The grayscale range allows for X-ray image analysis using the advanced developments in X-ray image mining.
Using the dual energy mode allows you to identify several groups of materials: heavy metals/inorganic materials/organic materials.

Image quality and image processing speed
ISB'A is a multi-purpose product that allows you to inspect a full traffic flow, safely inspect cabins with a driver inside, and effectively identify critical objects (including weapons and explosives, drugs, smuggled alcohol and others).
ISB'A with a standard specification is equipped with the systems necessary for border and customs control: traffic control systems (transport safety), video surveillance, automatic recognition of the registration plate of a vehicle, fire alarm, recognition of materials by atomic number (dual energy) etc. Upon the customer's the request, the delivered ISCs can be upgraded by adding the new modules:

  • modules for streaming motor transport (including the inspection of the bottom side of a vehicle);
  • modules for determining the volume of bulk cargo and timber;
  • a module for identifying a human personality and checking documents;
  • other modules at the customer's request.

The use of the betatron as a source of ionizing radiation, along with the use of a specially designed energy-saving technology, makes it possible to reduce the total energy consumption up to 30 kW.
ISB'A is produced according to a patented technology for the specific needs of the buyer. The systems in operation are subject to upgrading in accordance with new tasks and requirements of the buyer.

Expert opinion of FBIS RDIRH named after prof. P.V. Ramzaev No.134-22 dated 13.07.2022 for the ISB-A high-performance cargo and vehicle inspection system with a small-sized pulse betatron MIB-7.5C

The system is launched within 10 minutes from the moment of its activation. The x-ray image of the monitor object is obtained in a real time mode without delay when the vehicle passes through the scanning device.

Installation of the system on the prepared site* takes about 5-7 working days.
*Prepared site means the foundation-based infrastructure agreed with the Manufacturer.
